Seller has no idea what the primary heat source or if it is electric or gas, seller has no idea if the hot water tank is electric or gas. Winning bidder must pay buyer premium and escrow deposit in the form of a cashiers check within 24 hours of the auction ending or the next highest bid will be accepted. Buyer premium is 10% of the high bid amount or $3,000 whichever is higher. Earnest money deposit is 10% of the high bid amount. Both are non refundable for any reason once received.
